We are looking for teachers who will:

• Approach children holistically, understanding their developmental needs

Preferred qualifications:

• Native Mandarin Speakers
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in education, psychology, arts, or social work
• Experience with experiential and project-based learning
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in classroom settings
• At least 3 years of experience teaching Chinese language and culture

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in lesson planning and team meetings
• Conducting after-school enrichment lessons and Sunday immersion classes in the DMV area
• Observing and documenting student progress
• Communicating with families
