Description
This class is designed to help students build fluency in spoken Chinese, recognize high-frequency Chinese characters, and develop strong reading and writing skills at the YCT3 level. Using a “learning through context” approach, we integrate captivating books and interactive activities tailored to students’ grade levels and individual needs.
In the fall session, students will work on mastering high-frequency Chinese characters and essential sentences, reinforcing their foundation for effective communication. They will review grade-level Chinese characters and deepen their understanding through engaging stories, seasonal topics, and role-playing exercises.
Lesson dates (14 sessions): 9/2, 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30; 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28; 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 11/25(No class); 12/2, 12/9.
